Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, Only unused and sealed packs can be return. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. A return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bulk orders. These are considered final and non-returnable.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and inform you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
